Calligrapher Misono Rei
In my work as a calligrapher, there is a word I hold dear.
That word is “Enboku.”
Ink has a mysterious power to connect people’s hearts.
A single work can receive someone’s feelings and create a new encounter.
For me, calligraphy is the very form of connection.
With gratitude in every stroke, I hope to deliver works that stay close to the hearts of the people I meet.
With that feeling, I take up my brush today.
